For the past 11 years, I’ve been on a quest to learn as much as I can about where a practitioner should be coming “from” in their body before making contact with the people they are supporting. What I’ve learned is the level of stillness, consciousness, receptivity, and trust in the wisdom of the body is key to the joint practice shared in any healing session. I have studied with some of the most talented practitioners/teachers in their fields. Gary Roba, Dr. Ray Castellino, and Mike Boxhall continue to have a huge influence on who I am as a practitioner and I am forever grateful for their continued support. My true joy is holding a safe space where one can open to the health that is always there.
