Alisha’s intention is to support clients towards greater resilience, self-awareness, empowerment and nervous system health. She brings a spirit of inquiry, kindness, and welcome to sessions. Sessions may take place in dialogue format, using the table or exploring movement. Distance sessions are also available via Zoom video conferencing. Alisha trained with Ray Castellino, Tara Blasco, and Mary Jackson in pre-and-perinatal integration work, and continues to receive training in their Family Practitioner program, assist womb surrounds, and volunteer in the BEBA clinic. Alisha is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Alisha is also a registered nurse with a background in postpartum nursing, home visits for families with babies and small children, and crisis stabilization with adolescents. She has additional training in lactation counseling. Alisha loves working with clients of all backgrounds, ages, and stages of life. In particular, she loves working with infants, breastfeeding moms & babies, and families, as well as individuals taking steps towards personal growth. Alisha strives to provide an inclusive and welcoming therapeutic space towards individuals of any gender or sexual orientation, racial or ethnic background, spiritual or religious background, or life experience background.
