August 2023: Lion’s Gate

Join Sarah Grace as she guides our Somatic Sangha through this potent dive during the Lion’s Gate portal of 8/8/23. Begin with a somatic meditation of grounding, earth and heart attunement and journey into a 2 hour dive of breath, sacred sounding, and subtle movement inquiry in relation to different shapes within gravity as you land gently into embodied presence of joy, trust, and relational knowing. This dive consists of landing within the three centers, using the puffed 0; exploring the “Rings of Light” down the legs and up the spine; coming into the reflexology of the face with the Jaques sound, & into the exploratory nature of the embryo, allowing the heart to guide into a quadruped/lion play (belly to earth) – harnessing the power of Mother Gaia in through the body, heart, and soul. Species inclusivity is a focus in this dive as we explore our fluid bodies and primal ancestry through our cosmic communion with our Star Lion Family of Soul. We complete, in a seated position communing again with the Rings of Light, into the embryonic fold, shedding, letting go, and reorienting to the fullness of our Being. We complete with tongue play and landing into our Eternal Self – our Truest Nature of what it truly means to Be Human. In magic, mystery, and play!
