She weaves a beautiful blend of Somatic Experiencing, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Continuum Movement protocols, Pre- and Perinatal Attachment Facilitation, and Somatic-based Trauma Resolution in her sessions.
Guided by Presence, Heart, and Compassion, steeped in The Breath of Life’s Mystery to guide this work, while holding profound skill of years of training, practice, and mentorship by the Great Elders of Somatic-Based Work, Sarah holds a profound space for her clients to re-orient to Coherence, Ground, and True Soul Depth to guide their body and life.
